وفقاً للنظام الأساسي للشركة فان الحد الأدنى الواجب تملكه من أسهم الشركة كشرط من شروط الترشح للعضوية في مجلس إدارة الشركة هو نسبة 0.25% على الأقل من أسهم الشركة أي ما يعادل عدد 703,602 سهم، ولا ينطبق هذا الشرط على المترشحين للعضوية تحت فئة الأعضاء المستقلين.
